Data processing is carried out on the following legal bases under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as applicable in Poland:
- Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary to respond to a contact form enquiry.
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests, specifically the measurement of website performance through anonymised analytics.
- Article 6(1)(a) — consent, where explicitly obtained (e.g. cookie acceptance).
3. Data collected
When a visitor submits the contact form, the following data is collected: name, telephone number and email address. This data is used solely to respond to the enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Server logs automatically record the IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited for a maximum of 30 days. This data is used for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis only.
Cookies: this site uses a single first-party session cookie to store the visitor's cookie consent preference. No third-party tracking, advertising or social media cookies are set.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. Cookie preference data is stored locally in the visitor's browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul.
